Just for clarification of the Beer Tent rumors that have been floating around. YES we will be having a beer tent at Spring Fling this year. Please bring your license with you proving that you are of legal drinking age or you will not be able to get in the door.

The end of the year is wrapping up and Spring Fling is right around the corner. We understand your hectic schedule and that you may not be able to make it to the campus to pick up your tickets. As a Committee, we have decided to place 200 bracelets on reserve for student teachers and 50 for guest. There are three ways to get your bracelet for the event:

1. Purchase bracelets during normal ticket sale hours which starts the week of April 28 from 10am to 2pm.

2. Come to the Student Activities Office and purchase the bracelet from the Student Activities Office Assistant between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

3. Lastly, only if the two other options cannot be met, please email jgboardman@plymouth.edu, and we will place a bracelet on reserve for you that can be picked up May 2 or May 3 at the Volunteer Check-in Station. Payment will be expected when you pick up your bracelet at the door.

Beginning the week of April 28^th, all students may purchase their tickets in the HUB Fireplace Lounge between the hours of 10am and 2pm. If you are unavailable to make these times email Joshua Boardman at jgboardman@plymouth.edu to reserve your bracelets. After the email, please send a check to the HUB Student Activities Office (address below) and make all checks payable to Plymouth State University. Only 200 bracelets total will be reserved for graduate students in this way and 50 for guest of students. These will be available for purchase until April 30, 2008. Act fast so you are not left out from the “Big Show!”

With Spring Fling fast approaching with it comes warm weather and ticket sales! As a reminder our tickets will go on sale starting April 28th and go through out the whole week long from 10am to 2pm in the Fire Place Lounge. This show is closed and is for PSU Students and their guests only. If on Friday night there are any bracelets left we will open up sales during the Battle of the Bands.
